Terms and Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully before using the Mucho Cocoa website. By using this website, You signify Your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
Definitions
Customers or visitors to this web site are referred to as "You" or "Your"
Mucho Cocoa Limited are referred to as "Us" or "We".
Security & Order Confirmation
If You pay by credit or debit card, Your credit or debit card details are handled by Worldpay, Paypal or Google Checkout (depending on your chosen payment method) on a secure server using encryption.
When You place an order to purchase a product You will recieve an e-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing the details of Your. Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product which is accepted by Us when We process payment for your order.
If You have incorrectly entered Your email address Your confirmation email may fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect Your order.
Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation email or in no way invalidates Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.
Postage & Packaging
Post & packing prices are based on orders to UK mainland addresses only. We send variously by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL and Citylink.
Free delivery on orders over £20.00 (2-5 working days) is available for delivery to UK mainland addresses only using the Royal Mail 'Standard Parcel' service.
A valid UK postcode is required for the delivery of every order. We will not send any orders without one. If You provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, We do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive or any costs involved in redirecting that order.
We will try to dispatch orders the same day if they are received before 09:00 (Monday-Thursday) although this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched at busy times.
If You have chosen "Special Delivery" We will dispatch the order using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which in most cases means your order will arrive the next working day after the day it is dispatched. Please visit the Royal Mail website to see a list of postcodes for which next day delivery is not possible. Because delivery is handled by a delivery agent we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date although we will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as we can to give it the best possible chance of reaching you by a given date.
In hot or extremely cold weather, We reserve the right to delay Your order until the weather has moderated. In extreme situations this can delay orders for several days. For urgent orders We will contact You for authority to send despite prevailing weather conditions. If You authorise such dispatch We cannot accept any liability for damage or loss.
Damages & Tracing Parcels
In the event that Your order is damaged in transit please contact Us within 24 hours of receipt.
If products sent are not delivered please contact Us, after taking note of the following information:
For items sent by Royal Mail (our standard courier) orders sent as 'Standard Parcels', 'First Class', 'Second Class', 'Special Delivery' or 'Free Delivery' can only be considered lost after fifteen working days have elapsed from the postage date (please note: this is a Royal Mail policy not ours). If your order hasn't arrived during the estimated timeframe for delivery (see the Royal Mail website for details)we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office (details of which can be obtained by ringing the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740) to ensure that the Royal Mail haven't attempted to deliver your order already. We will require you to confirm you have done this before we will consider that that the order may be lost. Please note that during the time period between the last possible estimated delivery date and the date on which the order can be considered lost (15 working days later) is defined by the Royal Mail as your parcel being 'Delayed'. During this time you may be eligible to compensation from the Royal Mail. See the Royal Mail website for details of this, as well as for information on updated delivery timeframes at peak times such as Christmas.
After fifteen working days we will offer to either dispatch a replacement (if one is available) or else issue a full refund. If you need a replacement item sooner than this, then we will require a nominal deposit (£20 or the value of the original order whichever is the lesser) against a duplicate order which will then be dispatched. (providing we have the items from your original order in stock). After the fifteen working days have then elapsed you may either return the original order to us (if it has arrived in the meantime) or else notify us that it never arrived. We will then refund your deposit, as well as any postal fees incurred for returning the duplicate order. We will then initiate a compensation claim through the Royal Mail, based on your testimony that the order was never received.
For items sent by 'Special Delivery' tracking information for your order will be available on request.

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling.
We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible however we cannot guarantee that information and offer no warranties as to the accuracy.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to Our web site including prices, products, ingredients and terms & conditions without any notice being given.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available You may be offered an alternative. This alternative will be offered by telephone or email. We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand.
Returns Policy
If for any reason You are not entirely satisfied with any product that You have purchased from Us, You may return it to Us, at Your expense, within seven clear working days from the date the goods are received by you, as defined by Regulation 3(1) of the DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS.
Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product You are not happy with We will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage. If you are returning the product because it is simply unwanted, the product must be returned both unopened and in original condition and we will only refund the cost of the product.
If Your returned chocolate is not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge in line with that loss.
Title
The title for goods supplied remains with Us until full payment has been received.
Privacy Policy
We take Your privacy very seriously and are committed to providing users with an Internet experience that respects Your privacy.
When You make a purchase we need to collect certain information to process Your transaction and fulfill Your order. We do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.
You can be confident We will not disclose Your details to anybody unless required by law to do so or unless You explicitly give Us authority to do so.
We do not hold your credit card details online once the order has been completed.
Data Security
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect Your personal information. All the data collected by Us is stored on a secure server.
Statutory Rights
These conditions in no way affect Your statutory rights.
